I have watched clients change their lives before my eyes as well. I am so passionate about what I do because I truly believe it works. I use Yoga, Meditation, Crystals, Sound and Essential Oils as apart of my every day life, and I feel that I am walking proof that these methods work. Using methods of Holistic Healing I was able to heal myself back into wholeness I love to share what I know, to help others to heal themselves. We are all here to create change, changing the world starts with each and every one of us it’s like a ripple effect so if I could help people on their journey and they in turn help others then it will be a ripple effect and that’s how we create a better world.”

Debbi Tereschak

200HR RYT, Yoga Educator, Inspiring Change & Purpose in Others

As a believer that yoga is for everybody, Debbi uses the functional approach to yoga which is based on the scientifically proven premise that our skeletons, tissues, physiology, temperament & motivation are made & organized in a way that is uniquely ours. The functional approach to yoga encourages practitioners to embrace anatomical diversity & focus on the functional benefits of each pose, creating a practice that’s tailored to their unique body.

Debbi completed 200 hours of yoga training through Sharing Living Yoga School under Nancy Kearon, Yoga Alliance Professional Senior Teacher. She continues to study the beautiful philosophy & science of yoga & looks forward to sharing it with you. Debbi will pursue her 500-hour certification in the near future. Teaching & studying yoga was a perfect complement to Debbi’s 45 years in the Fitness & Wellness fields. As a Certified Fitness Specialist, people from all walks of life have trained under her expertise from professional athletes, AAU National bodybuilders to the active older adult.

To quote Debbi, “Be genuine. Be a person of value & try not to go through a single day without making a positive impact on those around you. Lead by example by inspiring & by being inspired.”

Danielle Lane

200 YTT, Chakra Yoga Teacher, Somatic Yoga Teacher, Somatic Reiki Master, Guided Meditation Teacher

I’ve been sharing in the spiritual & healing work for 20 years. My main believe is that you must send and share love with everyone. There are so many people that have no one. So smile at strangers or hug someone who’s sad. I make sure all of my students feel loved and appreciated.

Trauma and suffering are stored in the body. The physical, mental and emotional layers. Somatic healing and Chakra balancing can help heal what the body holds onto. I teach though various ways to help release trauma, stress, and deep rooted heartache.
